Erik Pugner

Erik Pugner, originally from Sacramento, California, has served as the Public Affairs Officer at U.S. Consulate General Vladivostok since September, 2014. Previously, Mr. Pugner also served as a U.S. diplomat in Moscow, Russia, and Bucharest, Romania. Before joining the U.S. diplomatic corps, he also lived abroad in the Czech Republic and Ireland. Mr. Pugner studied philosophy and European politics at university and had a previous career as a computer engineer in San Francisco.
