Mana Island

Mana Island is a major young Russian indie-pop band, which snaps on the heels of Tesla Boy, Pompeya and On-The-Go. Clear guitars, sensual love songs and a little of geekiness – that’s what you’ll hear on the “Island of Mana.” This season Mana Island lives up to the expectations invested in them, entering the first echelon of Russian indie.

Five guys have already opened concerts for Klaxons and Alt-J, gone on a Russian tour with Foals, got to MTV, 2×2, and “Friday” TV Channels with their first music video “Stare” and presented their debut album «Levin» in the hall with a thousand seats. It started in iTunes charts just from the third position – after Muse and “Mumiy Troll”. This summer, the team will perform at the most significant festivals including Bosco Fresh Fest, “Usadba Jazz”, “Oh, da! Yeda!” and ” Afisha Picnic”.
